SendPilot

Trust & Compliance

Because SendPilot customers upload real customer phone numbers, responsible messaging is a product feature, not a legal footnote. Here's how we approach it.

Consent ledger

Every contact record can carry a source, timestamp, and consent note — how and when permission to message them was obtained.

Suppression list

Opted-out numbers are tracked and excluded from future campaigns automatically.

Sender ID workflow

Sender-name registration with Philippine telcos is tracked per business, with approval status visible in the dashboard.

Abuse controls

Account verification, content review, and volume monitoring to deter spam and fraudulent use.

Auditability

Key account and billing actions are timestamped, so activity can be reviewed after the fact.

Data controls

Role-based access (owner, admin, member), and data export/deletion on request.

Data Privacy Act alignment

SendPilot is built with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and National Privacy Commission guidance on direct marketing through SMS in mind. Customers remain the data controller for the contacts they upload; SendPilot acts as a processor and provides the tooling above to help customers stay compliant.

Requesting data deletion

Account owners can request deletion of their account and associated contact data at any time by contacting privacy@sendpilot.ph.

Security contact

If you believe you've found a security issue, please report it to security@sendpilot.ph rather than disclosing it publicly.
