Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of SendPilot's business messaging and automation platform. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
2. Acceptable use & messaging conduct
You may only message contacts who have given you a lawful basis to do so, and must honor opt-out requests. You may not use SendPilot to send unsolicited spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content, or to message numbers you don't have the right to contact. SendPilot may suspend accounts that violate this policy, telco sender-ID rules, or applicable law.
3. Plans, billing & wallet credits
Subscription plans and prepaid SMS credits are billed as described at checkout and on your Wallet & Billing page. Prepaid credits are deducted per message sent. Prices are set at the platform level and may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Partner, Affiliate, and Reseller Program
Commission rates, eligibility, payout terms, and reseller pricing controls are governed by the current Partner Program terms shown in your dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Figures shown for illustrative earning potential are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the contact data and campaign content you upload. You are responsible for having the legal right to use and message that data — see our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery also depends on telco networks and SMS gateway partners outside our direct control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SendPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses from delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Termination
You may stop using SendPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Acceptable Use rules, or applicable law, including Philippine anti-spam and telecommunications regulations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
